Microelectronics Cleanroom Construction

Product integrity and throughput suffers when airborne particles or volatile organic compounds (VOCs) invade microelectronics environments. Depending on the application, one particular size particle or contaminant characterization may be more problematic than another.

Evaluating aerosol flows, method of deposition, and researching particle characterization quickly mitigates production gains and stifles workflow. Failure to mitigate VOCs increases the likeliness of particle films that haze optics, masks, and wafers. Likewise, particle contamination adversely affects tooling, increases cleaning costs, and curbs viable output. Cleanrooms provides a bankable solution to mitigate contamination and stabilize both product and process integrity before problems arise.

We designs, delivers, and validates semiconductor cleanrooms for ISO Class 3-5 use. Each install incorporates process specific wall materials, flow through flooring, power, lighting, electrical, storage, and processing areas. Gowning room, anteroom, air locks, pass-throughs, and window modules are designed specifically to improve ergonomics, process efficiency, and throughput.
