“Z” Lock Flush Ceiling System
CLIN® “Z” Lock Flush Ceiling System is supported at the intermediate points of each ceiling panel with threaded rods which allow the panels to be joined to one another forming tight, straight-line bonds, beling flush finished between adjoining panels. This provides users with the ability to access the area above the cleanroom. The panels’ span end are suspended by means of an aluminium T profile.
The pre-engineered CLIN® Tongue & Groove ceiling panels provide a consistent pleasing appearance with the flexibility to be modified at an ever-changing job site. The wall panels can be fabricated from various cores and lamination skins to suit various cleamroom applications up to Class 1 classification & GMP requirement.
CLIN® Flush Ceiling System is tested and classified by the Malaysian Fire Department as Class “O” material in accordance with British Standard series BS 476 Part 6: 1989 and BS 476 Part 7: 1997, FM Approved.

Engineered Design
When fully engaged, CLIN® double tongue & groove joints provides structural continuity and integrity between the adjacent panels; this design allows incorporation of flush lightings, filters and other ceiling mounted equipment compliant to GMP requirement.
