LD50G2 & LD50G3 Ceiling Grid Systems

HD55 Ceiling Grid System
CLIN ® HD55 Ceiling Grid System combines engineered structural integrity and flexibility to meet the exacting standards and needs of cleanroom applications and customer requirements.
The system is suitable for cleanroom applications up to Class 1 classification including semiconductor, disc drive, electronics and wafer fabrication industries.
Tested and certified as Heavy Duty classification in accordance with ASTM C635-00 standard, CLIN ® HD55 ceiling grid system is a truly walkable type ceiling grid.
Wide range of CLIN ® ceiling panels are also available to complement the complete installation of the CLIN ® ceiling grid system.

HD80 & HD80D Ceiling Grid Systems
Designed to meet the demanding standards of today’s high-end cleanrooms, CLIN ® HD80 and HD80D Ceiling Grid Systems combine engineered structural integrity and pleasing aesthetics to be as beautiful as they are functional.
Made out of durable, corrosion-free and fire-safe extruded aluminium, they independently support fan filter units and other mechanical and electrical components located above the ceiling. Applications include semiconductor, disc drive, electronics, wafer fabrication, pharmaceutical, medical, food, hospital and chemical industries.
HD80 and HD80D are indentical except that HD80D has a built-in slot to enable conveyor systems to be directly hung beneath ceiling grids.
Certified as heavy duty classification in accordance with ASTM C635-00 standard, HD80 & HD80D ceiling grid systems are suitable for cleanroom applications up to Class 1 and can be fully recognized as truly walkable ceiling grid systems.

“Z” Lock Flush Ceiling System
CLIN ® “Z” Lock Flush Ceiling System is supported at the intermediate points of each ceiling panel with threaded rods which allow the panels to be joined to one another forming tight, straight-line bonds, beling flush finished between adjoining panels. This provides users with the ability to access the area above the cleanroom. The panels’ span end are suspended by means of an aluminium T profile.
The pre-engineered CLIN ® Tongue & Groove ceiling panels provide a consistent pleasing appearance with the flexibility to be modified at an ever-changing job site. The wall panels can be fabricated from various cores and lamination skins to suit various cleamroom applications up to Class 1 classification & GMP requirement.
CLIN ® A-Comb, P-Comb, PS, Rock Wool and Gypsum Board panels are approved by the Malaysian Fire Department as Class ‘O’ material in accordance with British Standard series BS 476 Part 6: 1989 and BS 476 Part 7: 1997.

Frame Flush Ceiling System
CLIN ® Frame Flush Ceiling System is a walkable platform of adjoining (1.2m x 3m) 4’ x 10’ panels, suspended by threaded rod / turnbuckle / aluminium spline / aluminium hanger assemblies bolted to the corners of four adjoining panels. Openings forr light fixtures, sprinklers and utilities can be placed anywhere without having to change the ceiling panel orientation and can easily be cut in the factory or by the installer.
The pre-engineered CLIN ® flush ceiling panels provide a consistent appearance with the flexibility to be modified for an ever-changing job site.
